Return and Refund Policy
M&M Award Apparel Return & Refund Policy
M&M Award Apparel provides custom award apparel, personalized items, embroidery, jackets, vests, and other made-to-order products. Because many of our items are custom-made, personalized, or produced specifically for each customer, all orders should be reviewed carefully before submitting.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Most items sold by M&M Award Apparel are customized, personalized, made-to-order, or manufactured specifically for the customer. Because of this, custom orders cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Award jackets
- Award vests
- Embroidered apparel
- Personalized items
- Custom sizing
- Custom names, events, logos, artwork, or lettering
- Items produced specifically for an award, event, association, or customer
All custom and manufactured items are inspected before shipping and are intended to be free of material defects at the time they leave our facility or production partner.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting payment, including spelling, sizing, personalization, event names, artwork, colors, quantities, shipping information, and any other custom details.
If there is an error in spelling, sizing, personalization, artwork, or production and the mistake was made by M&M Award Apparel, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
If the error is due to customer-provided information, sizing, spelling, approval, artwork, or order details, we will gladly work with the customer to replace or correct the item; however, additional charges will apply.
Defects or Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe there is an issue with your item, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt, as verified by tracking information.
After 3 days, no replacements, repairs, or adjustments will be provided.
No replacement item will be sent until the original item has been returned to our office or otherwise reviewed as directed by us. M&M Award Apparel reserves the right to inspect and verify any reported defect before approving a repair, replacement, or adjustment.
Materials, Colors, and Product Variations
Fabric colors, wool blends, leather, cowhide, thread colors, embroidery materials, hardware, trims, and other product components may vary from lot to lot or change due to supplier availability, production requirements, and supply chain demands.
We make every reasonable effort to keep repeat orders as consistent as possible with previous orders; however, exact matches cannot be guaranteed.
Color variations, texture differences, leather markings, hide variations, fabric lot differences, and thread color variations may occur and are not considered defects. Natural leather and cowhide products may include variations in grain, markings, color, and texture, which are part of the character of genuine materials.
Refunds
Because M&M Award Apparel products are primarily custom, personalized, and made-to-order, refunds are not issued once production has begun unless there are specified circumstances. Please contact M&M for discussion of these terms.
Approved corrections, repairs, or replacements will be handled at the discretion of M&M Award Apparel.
