Shipping Policy

M&M Award Apparel Shipping Policy

M&M Award Apparel provides custom award apparel, embroidery, jackets, vests, and made-to-order products. Custom products require production time before shipping.

Production Time

Custom embroidery items, custom apparel, award jackets, award vests, and other made-to-order items require production time before shipping.

Custom embroidery items generally require 5–6 weeks of processing time after all artwork, approvals, order details, and payment have been received.

Custom award jackets and vests may be produced domestically or internationally depending on the product, materials, vendor availability, and production requirements.

Shipping Timelines

Once an order is placed with the selected shipping provider, delivery timelines are controlled by the shipping carrier. M&M Award Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, weather, customs, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, holidays, high-volume shipping seasons, labor disruptions, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider.

International or Vendor Production

Some custom award apparel may be produced internationally and shipped by air using DHL or another available international shipping provider. Shipping timelines may vary due to international production schedules, customs, carrier delays, supply chain demands, and shipping-provider availability.

M&M Award Apparel will make every reasonable effort to monitor the status of your order and communicate updates when available. However, shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, suppliers, manufacturers, weather, labor disruptions, or other outside factors are outside of our responsible scope and cannot be guaranteed.

Rush Orders

If you need an item sooner than the standard processing time, please contact us before ordering. We will do our best to accommodate the request when possible, but rush timelines and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. M&M Award Apparel is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
