M&M Award Apparel Terms of Service

By placing an order with M&M Award Apparel, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Custom Orders

M&M Award Apparel specializes in custom award apparel, jackets, vests, embroidery, personalized items, and made-to-order products.

By submitting an order, the customer confirms that all order information is accurate, including spelling, sizing, personalization, artwork, event details, shipping information, and any other submitted details.

Once production has begun, custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged.

Product Availability and Supply Chain Notice

M&M Award Apparel works hard to provide quality products using available materials that meet our standards.

Due to supply chain demands, vendor availability, manufacturer changes, and production requirements, materials used in our products may change without notice. This may include, but is not limited to, wool blends, leather, cowhide, lining, thread, embroidery materials, snaps, zippers, buttons, trims, hardware, backing materials, and other components.

Materials, fabrics, leather, wool blends, thread colors, hardware, trims, and other product components may vary or change without prior notice due to availability, production requirements, or supply chain conditions.

We make every reasonable effort to maintain the quality, appearance, and standards our customers expect.

Color and Material Variations

Color variations, texture differences, leather markings, hide variations, fabric lot differences, and thread color variations may occur and are not considered defects. Natural leather and cowhide products may include variations in grain, markings, color, and texture, which are part of the character of genuine materials.

Exact matches to prior orders, photos, samples, or previous production runs cannot be guaranteed.

Customer-Provided Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all names, spellings, sizing, artwork, logos, event details, and customization information are correct before submitting an order.

If a mistake is caused by customer-provided information, additional charges may apply for corrections, replacements, or adjustments.

Intellectual Property

Designs, artwork, layouts, embroidery files, product concepts, graphics, templates, and other creative work created by M&M Award Apparel remain the property of M&M Award Apparel.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, copying, resale, or distribution of our designs or creative work is not permitted without written permission.

Limitation of Responsibility

M&M Award Apparel is not responsible for delays or issues caused by suppliers, manufacturers, shipping carriers, customs, weather, labor disruptions, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside of our direct control.
